At Capil Up , we want you to love every product you buy. However, if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day free return policy , in accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users in force in Spain and European regulations on distance contracts.
1. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

It must be unused, without signs of wear, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Include all labels and original packaging.

Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date .
Please note that intimate items, swimwear, and clearance or "final sale" products are not eligible for return or exchange , except in the case of a defect or error.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return:

Our team will send you a free return label along with detailed instructions for the process.

Once we receive and review your item, we will send you a confirmation email.
3. Refunds
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after approval.
If the product does not meet the conditions stated above, we may refuse the refund or, failing that, offer store credit .
Please note that shipping costs (if any) paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable .
4. Changes
We do not currently offer direct exchanges .
If you wish to exchange an item for another, please return it for a refund and place a new order with the desired size or model.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contacto@capilup.com , including your order number and photographs of the product.
We'll resolve the issue quickly, either with a free replacement or a full refund .
